The newly issued shares are expected to be listed and quoted on the Singapore Exchange on Mar, 4 2026, with trading slated to start at 9:00 a.m. that day.
Following this allotment, AEM’s total issued and paid-up ordinary share count stands at 314,618,563, excluding 2,617,383 treasury shares.
