公告显示，本次回购完成后，公司已发行股本总数仍为6,672,481,772股，库藏股数为零。公司于2025年6月20日通过购回授权，可根据该授权回购股份总数为664,808,177股，已根据该授权累计回购21,441,300股，约占授权时已发行股本的0.323%。
公司同时确认本次回购事宜已遵守香港联合交易所证券上市规则及相关法例。公告由董事王振辉签署。
