MINSHENG EDU (01569) announced that on December 19, 2025, the company (as borrower) entered into a credit facility agreement with Hang Seng Bank Limited (as lender). Under the agreement, Hang Seng Bank agreed to provide the company with a revolving loan facility of up to RMB300 million or equivalent in HKD and USD. The final repayment date for any loan drawn under this facility shall not exceed three years from the date of each drawdown.
