According to the prospectus, and based on data from灼识咨询, AIWB is recognized as the first one-stop smart property construction solutions provider in the United States.

The company focuses on the residential property market in Texas, specifically targeting major cities such as Houston, Dallas, and Austin.

Its core mission is to modernize property construction through smart technology, enhancing efficiency, transparency, and sustainable growth.

During the track record period, the company expanded its operations and improved its financial performance.

Its operational scale has shown consistent growth.

The number of project companies it served increased from 19 in 2022 to 22 in 2023, and then to 21 in 2024.

Corresponding with the growth in project companies, it completed 331, 517, and 709 residential property units in those respective years.

To support its business expansion, the company maintains a robust supply network, collaborating with an average of approximately 400 suppliers annually across North America and Asia.
