江苏宁沪高速公路（00177）发布2026年中期业绩：归母净利增至25.03亿元 拟派0.25元中期股息

2026年8月28日，江苏宁沪高速公路（00177）披露2026年半年度报告。期内公司实现营业收入92.93亿元，同比下降1.20%；扣除建造收入后，营业收入为60.10亿元，同比增长2.16%。通行费收入为48.70亿元，同比增长5.76%。

报告期内，公司实现利润总额34.40亿元，同比增长9.34%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润为25.03亿元，同比增长3.28%；基本每股收益为0.4969元。经营活动产生的现金流量净额为36.03亿元，同比增长9.94%。

截至2026年6月30日，公司总资产为1,018.75亿元，归属于上市公司股东的净资产为415.41亿元，资产负债率为45.64%。

董事会建议以总股本5,037,747,500股为基数，派发2026年中期现金股息每股0.25元（含税），拟合计派息12.59亿元，预计于2026年12月31日前支付。

期内，公司继续推进重大项目建设：锡太高速、丹金高速、广靖北段扩建以及宁扬长江大桥南接线等项目报告期投入共计33.36亿元。公司同时加强清洁能源布局，清洁能源权益装机规模达到657.38兆瓦，电力销售收入为3.04亿元。

管理层表示，将持续深化数智转型，推进路网扩容及服务区升级，并稳步实施清洁能源和交通+业务，巩固公司业绩及现金流的稳定增长。
