HARMONY AUTO (03836) Donates HK$5 Million to Support Tai Po Fire Relief Efforts in Hong Kong

HARMONY AUTO (03836) announced that on November 26, 2025, a severe fire broke out at Hung Fuk Court in Tai Po, New Territories, Hong Kong, causing significant damage and profound sorrow. The Board has resolved to donate HK$5 million, earmarked specifically for medical assistance, temporary shelter, and post-disaster reconstruction for affected residents.

Additionally, employees from multiple BYD and DENZA showrooms under the Group in Hong Kong swiftly mobilized to provide support near the fire site. This included deploying 20 BYD electric vehicles for free charging and shuttle services, as well as distributing emergency supplies such as food, bottled water, and portable power banks to assist both affected citizens and rescue personnel.

The company extends its deepest condolences to the families of those who tragically lost their lives in the fire and expresses sincere concern and high respect for all affected families, injured individuals, and frontline responders working tirelessly day and night.

The donation will be sourced from the Group's internal resources and is not expected to materially impact its financial condition or operational performance.
