2026年7月20日，伟志控股(01305)公告称，公司于2026年7月17日于香港联交所场内回购普通股股份共70,000股，占回购前公司已发行股本（不包括库藏股）约0.0323%，每股价格为0.90港元，合计耗资约6.30万港元。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股本（不包括库藏股）为216,693,000股，库藏股增至3,032,000股，已发行股份总数仍为219,725,000股。此前，公司于2026年5月27日获得回购授权，最多可回购21,972,500股股份，截至目前已根据该授权累计回购3,032,000股，占授权通过当日已发行股本（不包括库藏股）总数的约13.7991%。公司确认本次回购已遵守香港联交所相关上市规则及适用法律法规。
