归创通桥医疗科技股份有限公司（下称“归创通桥”，股票代码：02190）于2026年7月15日发布公告，披露公司在香港联合交易所场内回购股份事项。根据公告，归创通桥于2026年7月15日回购5.90万股H股，占回购前已发行股本（不包括库藏股份）的约0.0178%。此次回购价格区间为每股19.73港元至20.22港元，合计耗资约117.94万港元。
公告显示，回购前，公司于2026年7月14日的已发行股本（不含库存股）为323,603,613股，截止2026年7月15日回购完成后，已发行股数降至323,544,613股，库存股增至12,806,131股，公司股份总数仍为336,350,744股。此次回购所涉股份暂拟作为库藏股份持有。
根据公告，归创通桥已于2026年5月13日通过股份回购授权，可回购股份总数为32,715,311股。截至目前，公司已合计回购3,659,500股，占交易所披露购回授权通过当日公司已发行股本（不包括库藏股份）总数的约1.0926%。
