9月3日消息，阿布扎比国家能源公司(ABU DHABI NATIONAL ENERGY COMPANY PJSC)发布公告：
TAQA、JERA和AlBawani宣布Rumah 2和Al Nairyah 2电厂项目财务完成。
TAQA表示，这将为沙特阿拉伯新增3.6吉瓦的电力产能，以支持该国不断增长的能源需求。
TAQA透露，这两个新建电厂项目总投资达40亿美元（约合147亿迪拉姆）。
建设工作将通过特殊目的实体进行，该实体的股权结构为：TAQA持股49%，JERA持股31%，AlBawani持股20%。
运营和维护(O&M)工作将由该财团拥有的专门运维公司负责。
EPC承包合同已授予哈尔滨电气国际有限公司和中铁十九局集团有限公司。
该财团选择Siemens Energy LLC作为项目的原设备制造商。
