BJ ENT WATER (00371) has announced the successful completion of its issuance of the fourth medium-term note tranche for 2026 to qualified investors on July 6, 2026.
According to the book-building results, the total issuance amount for this tranche is RMB 1.2 billion. The notes have a five-year term, maturing in July 2031, and carry a coupon rate of 1.76% per annum.
The funds raised from this issuance are designated for repaying domestic corporate bonds and loans held by subsidiaries.
