Compass收购Anywhere Real Estate的交易将创造一家在高端房屋销售领域占据主导地位的合并公司。分析师表示，在过去十二个月中，Anywhere的经纪业务代表了售价超过75万美元房屋中24%的份额，而Compass则占34%。合并后的公司将拥有现有高端房屋市场58%的份额，这将减少Zillow对合并公司构成的威胁。
分析师指出，Anywhere旗下包括Century 21和Coldwell Banker在内的特许经营模式，也将使Compass能够在技术平台上扩展业务，进而覆盖市场的中低端领域。
