港誉智慧城市服务在截至2026年6月30日止六个月内，营收约为1.23亿港元，同比下降约27.7%。同期录得经调整净利润1.4百万元，较上年同期的15.2百万元相比，大幅减少约90.8%。报告期内毛利约34.1百万元，同比下滑自上年同期的45.4百万元，毛利率则由上年同期约26.8%小幅提升至27.8%。经营活动所产生的现金净额约10.36百万元，相比上年同期约15.45百万元减少约33%。报告期内，销售及管理费用合计有所增加，约增长4.5百万元。

业务分项

物业管理业务方面，营收约95.5百万元，上年同期则为约103.6百万元，同比下降约7.8%。公司指出，市况不利及对部分物业管理项目进行报价下调，进而导致收入水平放缓。 环境卫生业务营收约24.5百万元，上年同期约63.7百万元，同比下降约61.6%。公司表示，由于该板块在一些主要项目不再续约，加之竞争和考核标准趋严，导致收入和业绩出现明显下滑。 综合发展业务的旅游景点相关收入约2.13百万元，上年同期约2.58百万元，同比减少约17.4%。公司提到，受天气及商户结构、旅游消费等多重因素影响，该板块整体恢复力度有限。 多样化旅游产品及服务方面，报告期内并未产生新的收入。
