LeiNiao Innovation Unveils Groundbreaking Professional AR Glasses Series with Industry-First Features

LeiNiao Innovation, a consumer-grade AR brand, has launched its new GT series, marking the industry's first professional, cinema-grade AR glasses. The series is priced starting from 1,899 RMB. Alongside this release, the next-generation AI camera glasses, LeiNiao V4, were also introduced, with a starting price of 2,199 RMB. Additionally, the company previewed its "next-generation AI glasses," the LeiNiao iO, set to debut in the third quarter.

The company's product strategy spans three categories: AR entertainment viewing, AI photography, and an AI+AR spatial computing platform. The CEO of LeiNiao Innovation stated that the company aims to lead the market through product excellence and technological advancement, focusing on elevating fundamental user experiences to meet consumer expectations.

The new GT series was developed in collaboration with six professional film directors. The flagship model, GT Max, features the new Peacock Light Engine 3.0 Max, delivering an equivalent 267-inch screen experience at a 6-meter viewing distance, all within a lightweight 78-gram frame. The series utilizes the latest dual-layer Micro-OLED display technology combined with the Vision 4000 image quality chip, meeting professional cinema-grade standards. In partnership with Dolby Laboratories, the series offers full-link customization, supporting Dolby Vision video playback through the new LeiNiao Magic Box 2 Dolby Vision Edition.

Powered by the self-developed spatial computing chip Zone 360, the GT series provides three spatial modes: portable, fixed, and anti-shake, along with hardware-level head-tracking spatial audio. For acoustics, the series features a four-speaker system co-tuned with the Danish audio brand Bang & Olufsen.

The GT Max is priced at 2,599 RMB, with a post-subsidy price of 2,209.15 RMB. The standard GT model offers a 201-inch viewing experience in a 68-gram body, priced at 1,899 RMB, with a post-subsidy price of 1,614.15 RMB.

The AI camera glasses, LeiNiao V4, emphasize improved response speed and battery life. For AI interaction, it employs a dual-chip architecture combining the first-generation Qualcomm Snapdragon AR1 with the BES2800 from Actions, achieving a wake-up time of 0.2 seconds and a response time of 2.1 seconds. For battery life, it introduces a blue whale semi-solid-state battery with an irregular steel shell packaging technology, increasing battery capacity by 57%. This allows for up to 11.5 hours of continuous music playback and over two weeks of standby time.

The V4 is equipped with the industry's first 1:1 large square sensor, offering a 109% increase in single-pixel light sensitivity compared to the IMX681. It also includes 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. The device achieves an IP67 rating for dust and water resistance while maintaining a weight of just 38 grams.

The LeiNiao V4 starts at 2,199 RMB, with a post-subsidy price as low as 1,869.15 RMB. A comprehensive bundle including a charging case, sunglass lenses, and sound guides is priced at 2,799 RMB. Additionally, the company released a commemorative edition of the V3, starting at 1,199 RMB, with a post-subsidy price as low as 1,019.15 RMB.
