尽管购房需求已连续数月萎缩，但Redfin表示，由于就业市场走强和经济衰退风险下降，四月需求出现了小幅回升。如果买家数量持续增长，更多房主可能会将此视为挂牌出售房产的良机。据Redfin估计，四月市场上约有100万购房者和150万卖家。
