Luoyang Market Supervision Bureau Releases 2025 Product Quality Inspection Results for Distribution Sector

According to the Luoyang Market Supervision Bureau website in Henan Province, in accordance with the requirements of the "Notice on Issuing the 2025 Luoyang Product Quality Supervision and Sampling Plan" (Luoshi Jian Wen [2025] No. 19), the Luoyang Market Supervision Bureau organized city-wide quality supervision and sampling inspections for products in the distribution sector during 2025. The fifth announcement of the results is as follows.

This round of inspections sampled 75 batches of products, including fertilizers and agricultural film. Six batches were found to be non-compliant, resulting in a pass rate of 92%.

For issues identified during the inspections that involve local production and operation entities, the Luoyang Market Supervision Bureau has instructed relevant county and district market regulatory departments to handle the matters seriously in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. For issues involving production units from other cities, the cases have been transferred to the corresponding market regulatory departments at the same level for investigation and handling as per regulations.
