新鸿基有限公司（“新鸿基公司”，股票代码：00086）于2026年6月30日发布公告，宣布当日于香港联交所场内回购普通股合计270,000股，占公司已发行股本约0.0137%。回购价格介乎每股港币3.94港元至4.02港元，合计耗资约1,076,200港元（折合约107.62万港元）。
公告显示，上述回购股份现尚未注销，故公司于本次回购后已发行股本仍为1,963,746,493股，库藏股数则保持为0股。公司于2026年5月27日获得股东大会通过购回授权，最大可回购股份总数为196,495,849股，截至公告日已在香港联交所或其他证券交易所合计回购2,849,000股，占授权通过当日公司已发行股份数目的约0.145%。
公司表示，本次股份购回业经董事会正式授权并遵守所有适用的上市规则、法律及其他监管规定。该公告由公司秘书李斯维签署。
