Jacobio Pharma Projects First‐Ever Profit, Expects ≥RMB600.00 million Net Income for 1H 2026 on Licensing Windfall

Bulletin Express
Aug 10

Jacobio Pharmaceuticals Group Co., Ltd. (Jacobio Pharma) announced a positive profit alert for the six months ended 30 June 2026, forecasting a net profit of no less than RMB600.00 million. This marks a significant turnaround from the RMB58.99 million net loss recorded in the same period of 2025 and represents the company’s first half-year profit since listing.

Management attributes the swing to profitability to a sharp revenue increase stemming from two key transactions:

1. Global strategic licensing agreement with AstraZeneca AB for JAB-23E73 (pan-KRAS) outside mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.

2. Out-licensing and service agreements with Shanghai Allist Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. covering研发, manufacture and commercialization of 艾瑞凱® (glecirasib, KRAS G12C) and sitneprotafib (JAB-3312, SHP2) within mainland China.

The guidance is based on unaudited consolidated management accounts for the Reporting Period and may be subject to adjustments. Jacobio Pharma plans to release its full interim results in August 2026.

Investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares until the finalised figures are published.
