CHINA REINSURANCE (01508) announced that Mr. Lü Zhi has been nominated as a candidate for non-executive director of the fifth board of directors. His appointment is subject to approval by the company's shareholders' meeting. His term will commence from the date the National Financial Regulatory Administration approves his qualification as a director and will last until the expiration of the fifth board's term. Upon expiry, he is eligible for re-election.
