百威亚太控股有限公司（股票代码：01876）于2026年8月6日发布的截至2026年7月31日止的证券变动月报表显示，其股本结构在本期内继续保持稳定。
本期内，公司法定注册股本维持18,000,000,000股普通股，面值为每股0.00001美元，总额为180,000美元；已发行股份（不包括库存股份）总数保持在13,243,397,000股，无任何新增发行或回购注销活动。
根据公告，百威亚太确认公司已符合适用的公众持股量要求。本月内，公司并未进行股份发行及回购操作，也无新增库存股份或股份注销。就股权激励相关事项，酌情受限制股份单位计划、新受限制股份单位计划、基于股份的报酬计划及员工投注计划中合计366,201个受限制股份单位于2026年7月被注销，但已发行股本总数未因此产生变动。
