Emperor Culture Sees No Share Capital Movement in August 2026, Public Float Remains Compliant

Emperor Culture Group Limited recorded no changes in either authorised or issued share capital during August 2026, according to its latest Monthly Return filed on 2 September 2026 with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited.

The company’s authorised share capital stood unchanged at HK$500.00 million, representing 50 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HK$0.01 each.

Issued shares also remained steady at 3.21 billion, with zero treasury shares held or cancelled. The filing confirmed that the minimum 25% public-float requirement was met as at 31 August 2026.

No share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments were exercised, issued, or cancelled during the month. Although the Share Option Scheme adopted on 7 December 2021 allows up to 321.33 million shares to be granted, no options are currently outstanding, and no funds were raised in the period.

The company secretary affirmed that all regulatory confirmations required under Main Board Rule 13.25C were satisfied.
