The company announced that the first patient in China has been dosed in its Phase II/III international multicenter clinical study (HLX43-NSCLC302) for the innovative anti-PD-L1 antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) HLX43. This study targets the treatment of advanced/metastatic squamous non-small cell lung cancer (sqNSCLC) in patients who have failed prior therapies, marking the official commencement of the clinical implementation phase in China. Furthermore, the complete dataset for HLX43 in the field of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) will be presented as a rapid oral report on May 30 during the 2026 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Annual Meeting, held from May 29 to June 2. This presentation will include the first disclosure of subgroup progression-free survival (PFS) data, aimed at further confirming the clinical application potential and value of HLX43 in the treatment of refractory NSCLC in later lines of therapy.
