从各项细分项目来看，股份期权计划在当月并未导致新股发行；根据SCA认股权证发行60,696,662股新股；强制性可转换债券的转换合计产生669,249,199股新增股份；管理层激励计划尚未有新的行权及转让；根据公司与必胜有限公司订立的股东贷款股权化协议，本月内发行500,000,000股资本化股份。此外，公司根据一般授权向专案小组成员配发219,375,000股工作费用股份。公告未披露当月有任何股份购回与注销活动。
