Pacific Textiles released its FY2025/26 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) report covering the 12 months to 31 March 2026, detailing new science-based climate targets, expanded renewable-energy use and wider supply-chain oversight across operations in China and Vietnam.

Key climate commitments • Using 2023 as its baseline, the China Nansha plant’s Science Based Targets initiative filing commits to a 50.4% absolute reduction in Scope 1-2 greenhouse-gas (GHG) emissions and a 30.0% cut in selected Scope 3 categories by 2032. • Group-level FY2030/31 goals include procuring 80% sustainable cotton, lowering Nansha’s GHG intensity by 30% versus FY2019/20 and trimming Hai Phong’s Scope 1 emissions intensity by 70% versus the FY2018/19-FY2021/22 average.

Decarbonisation progress • China Nansha completed phase 1 of a 12.5 MW / 45.6 MWh behind-the-meter energy-storage station, fully operational since September 2025, reducing electricity costs and peak-load demand. Phase 2 construction is scheduled for FY2026/27. • Both Nansha and Hai Phong offset 100% of purchased electricity via renewable-energy certificates; group renewable-energy consumption reached 4.37 million kWh. • Nansha donated 8,000 tonnes of Guangdong Carbon Emission Allowances (market value ≈ RMB0.32 million) to support the “whole-process carbon-neutral” 15th National Games.

Operational and environmental indicators • Total Nansha Scope 1 emissions: 360,353 tCO₂e; Scope 2 (location-based): 85,961 tCO₂e; waste-water discharge cut 12.3% to 5.51 million m³. • Hai Phong and Ninh Binh plants’ air-emission intensities met or out-performed local standards; Ninh Binh’s water-withdrawal intensity fell 21.3% year on year. • Higg Facility Environmental Module scores: Nansha 88 (↑1 pt), Hai Phong 82 (↑10 pts), Ninh Binh 73.

Supply-chain and product stewardship • Sustainable cotton accounted for 94% of cotton purchases; 113,299 wind-power Green Electricity Certificates were acquired in 2025. • Zero health-and-safety complaints on products for the 11th consecutive year; no product recalls. • Supplier and subcontractor audits align with Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals and Better Cotton Initiative protocols; 158 production-related suppliers operated across nine regions.

Social metrics • Workforce totalled 5,050 across Hong Kong, mainland China and Vietnam; staff turnover declined to 19.7%. • Lost-time injury days fell 6.4% group-wide to 1,753; no work-related fatalities. • Community donations amounted to HKD0.24 million, funding education, healthcare and local infrastructure projects.

Governance and recognition • Nansha regained High & New Technology Enterprise status from Guangdong authorities; received “Outstanding Contributor to Social Betterment” award for carbon-allowance donation. • Group holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 certifications; facilities are also certified under GOTS, OCS, GRS, RCS and regenagri standards.

Pacific Textiles stated that group-wide ESG targets are under review for potential consolidation, with updates to be disclosed in future reporting cycles.
