太平洋航运集团有限公司（02343）于2026年1月5日发布截至2025年12月31日的股份变动月报表。报告显示，公司本月进行了股份回购并完成注销，股本规模相应下降。
\n\n根据公告，太平洋航运的注册股本维持360亿股，面值为每股0.01美元，对应注册股本总额360,000,000美元。截至12月31日，已发行股份数目从上月底的5,190,464,803股减少至5,166,725,803股，减少部分为此前于2025年11月20日至25日通过市场回购的23,739,000股普通股。这些已回购股份于2025年12月5日注销。
\n\n公告同时称，公司当月并无新增股份发行，也无股权激励、期权或可换股债券方面的新增或变动。截至12月底，公司已发行股份总数减少至约51.67亿股。公司表示其回购及注销过程符合香港联交所《上市规则》等相关法律法规的要求。
