百奥家庭互动(02100)发布股东周年大会通告，董事会建议派发截至2025年12月31日止年度的特别股息，每股普通股0.012港元。该建议须经股东于2026年6月26日举行的股东周年大会上批准后方可生效。
通告显示，为确定股东获发特别股息的资格，公司将自2026年7月10日（星期五）至7月14日（星期二）（包括首尾两日）暂停办理股份过户登记手续，期间将不会办理股份过户。未登记股份持有人须确保所有过户文件连同相关股票不迟于2026年7月9日（星期四）下午4时30分，送交公司香港股份过户登记处卓佳证券登记有限公司，方符合获发股息资格。
本次特别股息派发安排尚待股东大会最终审议，具体派息日期将通过后续公告另行公布。公司同时将就重选董事、续聘核数师、股份回购及一般授权等事项在股东周年大会上提请股东审议。
