MACAU LEGEND (01680) announced that Ernst & Young (EY) has resigned as the company's auditor effective December 1, 2025, following the board's request due to a failure to reach an agreement on audit fees for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. Upon the recommendation of the audit committee, TZ HK CPA Limited (TZ) has been appointed as the new auditor, effective December 1, 2025, to fill the vacancy left by EY. TZ will serve until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting.
