H&R Century Union Corp. Says AI Short-Drama Business Has Yet to Achieve Economies of Scale

H&R Century Union Corporation (000892.SZ) has issued a statement regarding unusual fluctuations in its stock trading, clarifying that its AI-driven short-drama segment has not yet established a significant scale in terms of the number of titles launched, revenue generation, or cost-benefit conversion.

For the first half of 2026, the revenue from its AI short-drama operations is projected to account for less than 1% of the company's total unaudited revenue for that period. The company further noted that its overall AIGC-related business contributes a minimal portion of total revenue and, as such, does not materially impact short-term operating performance.
