阳光能源(00757)：预计2025年度归母净亏损2.70亿至3.10亿元

阳光能源控股有限公司（00757.HK）3月13日晚间发布盈利警告，预计截至2025年12月31日止年度将录得归属母公司股东净亏损约2.70亿至3.10亿元，较2024年度约2.27亿元的净亏损进一步扩大。

公告披露，亏损扩大的主要因素包括：

1. 行业周期承压。报告期内光伏行业进入转型调整期，尽管“反产能过剩”措施初见成效，供应链价格逐步触底回升，但受结构性产能过剩惯性影响，供需仍失衡，主要产品平均售价持续下跌，组件收入减少；同时低产能利用率进一步压缩光伏组件毛利率。

2. 资产减值增加。由于与若干客户存在诉讼或基于债务人财务状况评估，公司就应收账款及合同资产计提了重大减值损失，而2024年度相关项目则为减值损失拨回。

3. 长期资产受压。受销量及市场价格下降影响，部分资产组出现经营亏损，公司对存在减值迹象的物业、厂房及设备进行减值测试并计提了重大减值损失。

公司表示，将继续提升运营效率并严格成本管控，以增强竞争力；董事会与管理层对公司长期发展保持信心。

截至公告日，相关财务数据仍未经过审计，最终结果可能与本次预告存在差异。公司计划在上市规则规定时限内发布完整年度业绩，并提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司证券时保持审慎。
