HMVOD Announces Updated Board Structure and Committee Assignments Effective 22 May 2026

HMVOD released an announcement detailing changes to its board composition and the corresponding committee memberships, effective 22 May 2026.

The board now comprises four Executive Directors—Ko Chi Kiu Robert, Lam Wing Kwan Ringo, Chong Tung Yan Benedict, and Ip Chi Ching—alongside one Non-executive Director, Law Wing Chung. Independent oversight is provided by three Independent Non-executive Directors: Leung Tze Wai, Chow Ho Yuen, and Chan Ka Ming.

Committee leadership has also been clarified: • Audit Committee: Chow Ho Yuen assumes the chairmanship, with Leung Tze Wai and Chan Ka Ming as members. • Nomination Committee: Leung Tze Wai chairs, while Ko Chi Kiu Robert and Chan Ka Ming serve as members. • Remuneration Committee: Leung Tze Wai chairs, joined by Ko Chi Kiu Robert and Chan Ka Ming as members.

The announcement was authorized by Executive Director Ko Chi Kiu Robert on behalf of the board.
