威高股份(01066)于2026年5月5日发布公告称，公司在香港联交所进行股份回购，合计回购H股14.44万股，占2026年5月4日公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股份）总数的约0.0032%。本次回购价格介乎每股3.45港元至3.48港元，涉资合计约50.06万港元。回购完成后，公司已发行股本（不包括库藏股份）变动为44.68亿股，库藏股份数量增至5408.04万股，总股本维持在45.22亿股。
公司表示，本次回购已获董事会正式授权并遵照香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规进行。回购授权获得股东大会批准的日期为2025年5月27日，公司可根据该授权回购股份总数为4.52亿股，截至目前已累计回购4743.2万股，占授权通过当日已发行股本（不包括库藏股份）数目的约10.504%。根据相关规定，在本次回购后30天内（即截至2026年6月5日）公司不得发布或进行新的发股、售卖或转让库藏股等事宜。公告由公司秘书黄妙玲签署。
