• Issued share capital closed the month flat at 1.49 billion ordinary shares; the company held no treasury shares and reported no issuances, cancellations, conversions, or share repurchases during the period.

• There were no movements under the company’s 23 December 2016 share option scheme; no warrants, convertible securities, or other equity agreements were outstanding or exercised.

• The company confirmed compliance with Main Board Rule 13.32D(1), maintaining the minimum 25% public-float threshold as of 31 August 2026.

The return was signed by Executive Director Liu Zhancheng on 2 September 2026, affirming that all regulatory and listing requirements were met during the reporting month.
