Huanxi Media Group Limited announced two senior board changes effective 18 June 2026.

Executive Director appointment • Jiang Meng, aged 36, becomes an executive director after more than 13 years in financial management, including responsibility for budgeting, capital planning and compliance at Shenzhen New Nanshan Holding (SZSE: 002314). • Jiang holds a Bachelor of Management from the Central University of Finance and Economics (2010) and an MBA from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics (2017). • She has signed a two-year service agreement, renewable via standard rotation and re-election procedures under the company’s bye-laws and Hong Kong Listing Rules. Annual remuneration is set at HK$0.42 million, with either party able to terminate the contract on one month’s written notice.

Independent Non-Executive Director appointment • Song Pengliang, aged 38, joins the board as an INED. He is currently Senior Vice President and Company Secretary of Newborn Town Inc. (HKEX: 9911), overseeing strategy, capital planning and corporate governance. • Song holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Engineering from Beijing University of Technology (2009, 2012). • His two-year appointment mirrors the same rotation, re-election and one-month notice terms as Jiang’s contract. He will receive a director’s fee of HK$0.24 million per annum.

Governance notes Both appointees hold no shares in Huanxi Media, have no other roles within the Group, no directorships in other listed companies over the past three years, and no relationships with existing directors, senior management or major shareholders. The board now comprises three executive directors, two non-executive directors and four independent non-executive directors.
