NOVAUTEK (00519) announced that on March 5, 2026, its subsidiary, Shanghai Sanran Industrial Co., Ltd., entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Shenzhen Vanke Business Enterprise Property Services Co., Ltd. Wuxi Branch. The partnership aims to jointly promote the application and adoption of comprehensive artificial intelligence solutions in smart property management scenarios.

The collaboration will commence in the Wuxi region, following a principle of "pilot projects first, results-oriented approach." It will begin with smart robotics-enabled cooperation projects to enhance the intelligence level of property management services and achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

According to the strategic agreement, the cooperation framework is divided into three main phases. The first phase involves pilot verification, deploying and operating smart robots in designated property projects in Wuxi. The second phase focuses on localized expansion, exploring the extension of cooperation to more Vanke projects in Wuxi. The third phase entails strategic upgrading, where both parties will discuss elevating the cooperation to a group level and promoting the services to more projects within Vanke's national and even global network.

National policy guidelines, such as the "Implementation Opinions on Accelerating Scenario Cultivation and Opening to Promote Large-Scale Application of New Scenarios," explicitly call for "expanding application scenarios in the digital economy and livelihood sectors." Smart property management, as a key integration point, holds broad market prospects.

The group possesses technical expertise in the field of artificial intelligence robotics and Robotics as a Service (AI RaaS). Meanwhile, Vanke's managed projects, including technology industrial parks and commercial complexes, provide high-quality validation scenarios for technology implementation.
