周四，贝壳发布2025年第一季度财务业绩。贝壳于今年一季度实现总交易额(GTV)8,437亿元(人民币，下同)，同比增长34.0%；净收入达到233亿元，同比增长42.4%，净利润8.55亿元，经调整净利润为13.93亿元。
一季度，贝壳回购金额约1.4亿美元，回购股数约占2024年末总股本的0.6%。自2022年9月启动回购计划以来，截至2025年一季度末，贝壳累计回购金额达17.6亿美元，回购股数占回购项目启动前公司总股本约9.2%。
贝壳执行董事、首席财务官徐涛表示：“在保证成本费用合理管控的同时，我们仍将持续助力业务实现长期发展，全力支持‘一体三翼’战略举措，并在AI科技方面进行积极探索尝试。与此同时，我们有充足的资源和意愿去一如既往地为股东提供稳定可持续的回报。”
