中国光大银行股份有限公司（“中国光大银行”，06818）于2026年3月5日公布截至2026年2月28日的股份变动月报。公告显示，公司本期普通股（含A股及H股）未发生新增发行、库藏或注销变动，注册股本维持人民币59,085,551,061元不变，其中H股为12,678,735,500股，A股为46,406,815,561股。
本月主要变动来自优先股。公司于2026年2月11日回购并注销了优先股代码360034共350,000,000股，完成后该优先股余额降至0股。同时，公司已于本月内将总额人民币35,000,000,000元的优先股（可转换）全部赎回，另有人民币30,000,000,000元的可转换优先股仍在存续期内。上述调整并未导致普通股股本结构的变化。
