**Construction Scale:** This project primarily serves as a "corridor-to-water" transfer point for surrounding mining aggregate exports and provides multimodal transportation and loading/unloading services for regional general cargo imports and exports. The construction includes 4 berths of 5,000-ton capacity (with hydraulic structures designed to accommodate 10,000-ton vessels), designated as berths 1# through 4# from upstream to downstream. The designed annual throughput capacity is 22.88 million tons, with a wharf shoreline length of 650 meters.

A C3# transfer building is positioned upstream of berth 1#, connected to C2# transfer building via C3# belt conveyor bridge, which then connects to C1# transfer building through C2# belt conveyor bridge. The C3# belt conveyor bridge spans 458.58m in length and 9m in width; the C2# belt conveyor bridge measures 217.77m in length and 14m in width. A substation is located behind the downstream side of berth 2# platform. Berths 4# upstream and downstream areas feature 1# and 2# vehicle bridges respectively, with 1# vehicle bridge measuring 197m in length and 9m in width, and 2# vehicle bridge measuring 90.8m in length and 9m in width. The wharf steel platforms and belt conveyor platforms are steel structures, requiring approximately 14,700 tons of steel.

**Construction Scale:** The project encompasses a total construction area of approximately 57,679 square meters, divided into renovation and new construction works. The renovation work covers approximately 17,479 square meters, including structural reinforcement and optimization of 17,179 square meters of existing buildings to be converted into the sports base headquarters building, with an additional 600 square meters (300 square meters counted towards floor area ratio) parking shed.

New construction includes: two athlete training apartments totaling approximately 25,000 square meters; one fitness and rehabilitation center of 8,200 square meters; a 7,000 square meter underground parking garage as required; and outdoor landscaping and auxiliary facilities.
