Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited announced the repurchase of 15,000 ordinary shares on May, 05 2026 at an average price of US$67.8346 per share. The bought-back shares will be cancelled.
Following the cancellation, the company’s issued share capital stands at 292,849,428 ordinary shares, each carrying one voting right. Jardine Matheson holds no treasury shares.
The disclosure was made in line with the Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules in the United Kingdom.
