China Aerospace Reports Stable Share Capital and Full Public Float Compliance for May 2026

For the month ended 31 May 2026, China Aerospace International Holdings Limited confirmed that its share capital structure remained unchanged. The company reported an issued share count of 3.09 billion ordinary shares, identical to the previous month’s level. No treasury shares were held, and there were no movements involving share options, warrants, convertible instruments, or other equity-linked agreements during the period.

The issuer further affirmed compliance with Hong Kong’s Main Board Rule 13.32D(1), maintaining the minimum public-float threshold of 25 percent of issued shares. The board secretary, Luo Yuxin, certified that all regulatory and procedural requirements related to any past securities transactions have been duly satisfied.
