ZHONGHUA GAS (08246) has announced that the conditions of the subscription agreement have been met, with completion occurring on October 17, 2025, in accordance with the terms of the agreement. A total of 334 million subscription shares were issued, representing approximately 7.26% of the company’s expanded issued share capital following the allocation and issuance of the shares. The subscription price was set at HKD 0.075 per share, with total proceeds amounting to HKD 25.05 million and net proceeds of approximately HKD 24.75 million.
