As a result, the People's Bank of China Zhoushan Branch issued a formal warning and imposed a fine of 961,000 yuan (approximately 96.1万元) on the institution. The penalty decision was formally documented and dated March 11, 2026, with the disclosure period set for three years from the publication date.
