瑞威资管（01835）3月20日披露盈利警告，董事会基于目前可得的未经审计综合财务资料初步评估，预计截至2025年12月31日止年度将录得净亏损不高于人民币3亿元；而截至2024年12月31日止年度经审核净亏损约为人民币1.32亿元。\n\n公司表示，亏损扩大主要受两项因素驱动：一是中国房地产市场持续低迷导致投资物业及通过联营公司或合营企业投资的底层资产公平价值下跌；二是部分应收款项回款时间延后，本年度按预期信用损失模型计提应收款项减值，而去年同期为撥回减值。\n\n瑞威资管称，截至公告日年度业绩仍在编制中，相关数据未经核数师或审核委员会审阅，最终结果或有差异。公司计划于2026年3月底前公布2025年度完整业绩，并提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股份时保持审慎。
