SPS Commerce's stock surged 6.20% during intraday trading on Friday, following the release of its first-quarter financial results.
The company reported Q1 non-GAAP earnings of $1.10 per diluted share, beating analyst expectations of $0.99. Revenue for the quarter was $192.1 million, slightly below the expected $192.6 million.
Investors responded positively to the company's raised full-year earnings guidance. SPS Commerce now expects 2026 non-GAAP EPS between $4.73 and $4.76, up from its previous outlook of $4.42 to $4.50, while slightly trimming its revenue guidance.
