On January 9, 2026, Jing Rui (the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, as the contract-awarding party) entered into an EPC contract with a consortium unit (as the contractor). This consortium is composed of Zhengyi Construction (acting as the consortium leader) and Zhongke Shenghua (acting as a consortium member). According to the EPC contract, the consortium unit will provide EPC services to Jing Rui for the construction of the EPC project. The total contract price under the EPC contract is approximately RMB 135 million (including tax).

The EPC project refers to the supporting facilities and infrastructure project for a 100-megawatt wind power project located in the Hedong District of Shangzhi City, Harbin, within China's Heilongjiang Province. The EPC services under the contract encompass all surveying, design, procurement of equipment and materials, construction, installation, testing, and acceptance work within the project's scope, in addition to other ancillary and related services required for the project's completion.

Considering the ongoing development of clean energy projects in China and their anticipated investment returns, the Company holds an optimistic view of the industry's prospects for the foreseeable future. The Group is persistently expanding the scale of its clean energy business and optimizing its operational structure. Signing the EPC contract for the supporting facilities and infrastructure project is strategically aligned with the Group's overall development strategy for its wind power projects.

The implementation of these supporting facilities and infrastructure is expected to enhance the functionality and operational status of the related wind power project, thereby promoting its stable operation and long-term performance. Furthermore, the development of these facilities is anticipated to lay a foundation for the sustainable utilization of the core assets of the 100-megawatt wind power generation project and support the creation of long-term economic value.
