CRE announces 18 June 2026 record date for special dividend; share transfer books closed 17–18 June

China Renewable Energy Investment Limited (CRE) has issued a clarification confirming key dates for its previously announced special dividend.

The company set Thursday, 18 June 2026 as the record date for determining shareholders’ entitlements to the special dividend. To facilitate this, the register of members will be closed from Wednesday, 17 June 2026 to Thursday, 18 June 2026, both days inclusive. No share transfers will be processed during this period.

Shareholders intending to qualify for the special dividend must lodge all transfer documents, together with the relevant share certificates, with Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited by 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, 16 June 2026.

Apart from the clarified timetable, all other information contained in the 30 March 2026 annual results announcement remains unchanged.
