NetEase's Fantasy Business Unit Head Lin Yunfeng Departs

It has been reported that Lin Yunfeng (also known as Xiao Bai), the former head of NetEase's Interactive Entertainment Fantasy Business Unit, has left the company.

Following Lin's departure, the "Fantasy Westward Journey" mobile game team has been integrated into the Poseidon Business Unit. The head of the Poseidon Business Unit, Chen Junxiong, was already the producer of the "Fantasy Westward Journey" mobile game, although the mobile team was previously under the organizational structure of the Fantasy Business Unit.

It is understood that Lin Yunfeng initially participated in "Fantasy Westward Journey" as a core planner in 2003, later becoming the game's second lead planner. In 2015, he was promoted to producer of "Fantasy Westward Journey" and head of the Fantasy Business Unit. Subsequently, he was responsible for the auto-battler game "Feng Hua Jue Zhan," which is based on the "Onmyoji" IP.
