Fudan Zhangjiang (01349) has announced that the board of directors proposes the re-election of Mr. Zhao Dajun and Ms. Xue Yan as executive directors for the ninth board of directors. It also proposes the election of Mr. Zhong Tao and the re-election of Ms. Yu Xiaoyang as non-executive directors for the ninth board. Additionally, the re-election of Mr. Wang Hongguang, Mr. Lin Zhaorong, and Mr. Xu Peilong as independent non-executive directors for the ninth board of directors is recommended.
