根据BOSS直聘-W（港交所：02076）于2026年6月15日发布的公告，公司于2026年6月12日回购并注销24,334,590股A类普通股，占相关事件前已发行股份约2.51622%。本次回购每股价格为6.831美元，总额约1.66亿美元。完成后，A类普通股由原先840,583,601股减少至819,432,690股。公司同期将3,183,679股B类普通股转换为A类普通股，B类普通股由126,526,401股减少至123,342,722股。
公告同时披露，公司于2026年5月27日至6月12日期间，累计在其他证券交易所回购（拟注销）A类普通股共约6,813,914股，其中2026年6月12日单日回购575,266股，每股回购价介乎6.90美元至7.00美元，总金额约3,999,997.08美元。根据购回授权，公司可购回股份总数为91,613,918股，截至本次回购，已累计购回31,148,504股，占授权决议通过日已发行股份总数约3.4%。公司另行预留发行24,878,092股A类普通股用于未来的股份激励计划。公司确认已经遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规。本公告由联席公司秘书梁怀元签署。
