业内消息源透露，三星电子、SK海力士已经与苹果进行谈判，决定大幅上调iPhone手机所用LPDDR内存的价格。近期由于全球各大互联网巨头、初创公司大规模投资AI基础设施，带动DRAM需求激增，进而导致LPDDR5等内存产品价格大幅上涨。与此同时，各大DRAM生产厂商正将产能大幅转移至AI领域专用的HBM（高带宽内存），进一步加剧消费级DRAM短缺潮。
在此背景下，三星电子、SK海力士选择与苹果谈判，大幅上调今年第一季度为iPhone手机供应LPDDR内存价格。具体来说，三星电子这边的涨幅超过80%，而SK海力士则接近100%。
