Li Auto Executes HK$51.52 Million Share Buyback, Repurchasing 1.09 Million Shares

Li Auto Inc. (LI AUTO-W) reported that it repurchased 1.09 million Class A WVR ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 1 September 2026. The shares were bought at prices ranging between HK$46.60 and HK$48.20, with a volume-weighted average price of HK$47.20 per share. The aggregate consideration amounted to HK$51.52 million.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.063 percent to 1.72 billion shares, while treasury shares rose to 93.35 million. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 1.82 billion.

The buyback was undertaken under a repurchase mandate approved on 29 May 2026, which authorizes Li Auto to repurchase up to 214.28 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now total 73.75 million shares, representing 3.44 percent of the issued share count at the time the mandate was granted.

In accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Li Auto is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 1 October 2026.
