12月12日，港股内房股盘初集体走高，融信中国、正荣地产涨超6%，万科企业涨超4%，世茂集团、融创中国、碧桂园、雅居乐集团涨超3%。
12月10日至11日，中央经济工作会议在北京举行。会议确定，明年经济工作抓好以下重点任务。坚持守牢底线，积极稳妥化解重点领域风险。着力稳定房地产市场，因城施策控增量、去库存、优供给，鼓励收购存量商品房重点用于保障性住房等。深化住房公积金制度改革，有序推动“好房子”建设。加快构建房地产发展新模式。积极有序化解地方政府债务风险，督促各地主动化债，不得违规新增隐性债务。优化债务重组和置换办法，多措并举化解地方政府融资平台经营性债务风险。
浙商证券分析师在接受采访时表示：“2024年12月政治局会议对地产所在段落开头的表述是‘有效防范化解重点领域风险，牢牢守住不发生系统性风险底线’，此次会议为‘坚持守牢底线，积极稳妥化解重点领域风险’，化解风险的表述一个是‘有效防范’，一个是‘积极稳妥’。我们认为对应近期一些企业出现的风险事件，表述从预防变为应对的变化值得关注，后续相关市场化和法制化的‘稳妥’处理可能会逐步展开。”
